By using the Zanskar Securities’ Platform, you (“User” or “You”) agree to adhere to these Terms. About the Zanskar Securities Private Limited Platform
The Platform is designed to provide Users with tools, information, and resources to assist in trading and investing in securities. The services offered include features for analyzing market trends, executing transactions, and planning investment strategies.

The tools and recommendations available are based on general market data, publicly available information, and the inputs You provide during your use of the Platform. All decisions related to trading or investing must be made independently by You, and Zanskar Securities is not liable for the outcomes of such decisions.
Client’s Role as a User: Disclaimer
By using the Zanskar Securities Platform, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following:
- The client affirms that the Platform will be utilized solely for authorized purposes. Any misuse or unauthorized activities on the Platform are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or termination of access.
- The client confirms that they meet the legal age requirement and possess the legal capacity to engage in trading activities as per the laws applicable in our jurisdiction.
- The client ensures that all information provided during registration or while using the Platform is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Any changes to personal or account information must be promptly updated to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- The use of tools, features, or resources available on the Platform is entirely at the client’s discretion and responsibility. Clients agree that Zanskar Securities, its employees, affiliates, and partners cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages incurred from reliance on the information, opinions, or materials available on the platform or provided through any promotional or educational content.
- The client understands that providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or usage of the Platform constitutes a breach of these terms. Such actions may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without prior notice.
- Clients acknowledge that all investment and trading decisions are made independently based on their personal objectives and assessment of market conditions. Zanskar Securities serves solely as a platform facilitating access to financial markets without influencing clients’ decisions.
- Clients are advised to seek guidance from qualified professionals regarding the suitability of their investment decisions. Employees of Zanskar Securities are not authorized to provide personalized advice, and any such advice, if given, is considered their personal opinion, for which Zanskar Securities bears no responsibility.
Additionally, the Zanskar Platform is exclusively intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing the Platform. Any transactions or activities initiated by individuals below the legal age will be considered unauthorized and void. Zanskar Securities reserves the right to take appropriate action to ensure compliance with this requirement.
Acknowledgment of Terms
Your access to and use of the Zanskar Platform constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Zanskar Securities reserves the right to modify the Platform’s services or features as part of its commitment to enhancing the User experience.

2. Account Opening
2.1 To register and gain access to the Zanskar Platform, clients are required to complete the registration process by submitting a duly filled application form along with all mandatory documentation, including a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN). Registration is subject to the successful verification of these details through a Know Your Client (KYC) process conducted by a SEBI-approved KYC Registration Agency (KRA). Only clients verified by a KRA will be eligible to activate their accounts on the Zanskar Securities Platform.
2.2 The registration process includes submitting a copy of a valid PAN and proof of KYC compliance through a SEBI-recognized KRA. If registering online, data may be retrieved directly from the KYC database based on the Aadhaar details provided by the client. Please note that Aadhaar-based registration is only available to Indian residents opening individual accounts. Corporate entities, NRIs, or HUFs are not currently eligible for Aadhaar-based registration. Data retrieved during the online process cannot be modified and will be used to complete the verification.
2.3 Once KYC verification is successfully completed, the client’s Zanskar Securities Platform account will be activated. Access to the account will be granted through a unique user ID and password provided to the client. As per prevailing laws and regulations, full access to the Platform’s services will only be granted upon the successful completion of all verification and compliance requirements.
2.4 The KYC process is carried out in compliance with the guidelines issued by SEBI, stock exchanges, depository participants, clearing corporations, authorized registrars, transfer agents, asset management companies, or other regulatory and government agencies. Clients must provide accurate and complete information to fulfill these requirements.
2.5 To enable the provision of services, Zanskar Securities may share or process personal data with relevant authorities and third parties, such as regulatory bodies, stock exchanges, banks, statutory agencies, or service partners, where necessary. This processing and sharing are conducted strictly in accordance with the legal and operational requirements essential for providing seamless services on the Zanskar Securities’ Platform.
3. Password / Security Policy
3.1 Clients are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all transactions conducted through their account, whether authorised or unauthorised.
3.4 Any unauthorised use or suspected compromise of credentials must be reported to Zanskar Securities immediately at [email protected], along with relevant details of the incident.
3.5 Clients acknowledge the risks associated with online trading, including unauthorized access and misuse. They accept full responsibility for all actions performed on the platform using their credentials, including those arising from hacking or other breaches.
3.6 Clients are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Zanskar Securities is not liable for unauthorized transactions executed using a client’s credentials, regardless of authorization.
3.7 Clients acknowledge the risks of online trading, including unauthorized access or hacking. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately with complete details for investigation.
3.8 If password or any login issues persist despite resetting attempts, clients should promptly contact Zanskar Securities for support in written [[email protected]]. Responsibility for securing login credentials rests entirely with the client.
4. Withdrawals
To withdraw funds from the account, Clients must initiate a withdrawal request through the designated platform, either via the mobile application or the web interface.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 All intellectual property rights related to the Zanskar Securities’ Platform, including its content, design, and features, are owned by Zanskar Securities. These rights encompass, but are not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, patents, and proprietary designs. Clients acknowledge and agree not to alter, obscure, or remove any proprietary rights notices associated with the Platform, nor use its content in an unauthorized manner.
5.2 Unless explicitly permitted in writing by Zanskar Securities, clients are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, displaying, performing, publishing, licensing, or exploiting any part of the Platform or its content for commercial or non-commercial purposes. Any rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by Zanskar Securities.
5.3 The Platform’s content, including text, graphics, images, videos, audio, and underlying code, is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The structure, layout, and arrangement of this content are proprietary to Zanskar Securities or its licensors and are designed to comply with intellectual property protections.
5.4 The trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Platform are the property of Zanskar Securities or respective third parties. Any use of these marks without prior written authorization from the rightful owner is strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences.
5.5 Furthermore, any ideas, suggestions, or concepts shared by clients through the Platform, excluding personal or transactional data, shall become the property of Zanskar Securities. By submitting such information, clients grant Zanskar Securities the right to utilize these inputs for business purposes without obligation or limitation.
5.6 By engaging with the Platform, clients agree to be contacted by Zanskar Securities or its authorized partners for purposes related to service provision, inquiries, or any arrangements necessary for the operation of the Platform. This contact shall be in accordance with the Platform’s terms and applicable legal requirements.
6. Indemnity Clause
The Client acknowledges that online trading requires advanced security protocols and authentication technologies. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Zanskar Securities, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any liabilities, claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- Any improper or unauthorized use of the Client’s user ID, password, or authentication credentials leading to losses for Zanskar Securities, other clients, or third parties.
- Delays or failures in processing payments, including fund transfers for investments, due to issues with the Client’s bank or other intermediaries.
In the event of the Client’s death, insolvency, or incapacity to meet their obligations for securities transactions initiated through the Platform, Zanskar Securities reserves the right to close out such transactions. Any resulting shortfalls will be recoverable from the Client’s estate or legal representatives, who will also be entitled to claim any surplus arising from the transaction.
By using Zanskar Securities’ Platform, the Client agrees to indemnify Zanskar Securities for any losses, damages, or liabilities resulting from:
- Violations of applicable laws, regulations, or rules in connection with transactions conducted on the Platform.
- Breaches of the terms and conditions outlined in these Terms.
- Acts of negligence, misconduct, fraud, or willful default on the part of the Client.
Zanskar Securities reserves the right, at the Client’s expense, to assume control of the defense or settlement of any claim for which the Client is liable under this indemnity. The Client agrees to provide full cooperation during such proceedings, including submitting necessary documents or information.
In the event of third-party claims, Zanskar Securities will make reasonable efforts to inform the Client promptly upon becoming aware of the matter. This indemnity obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of these Terms and continue to apply to all relevant matters.
7. Force Majeure
Zanskar Securities shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, acts of nature such as earthquakes, floods, cyclones, or other natural calamities; public disturbances such as riots, civil unrest, or acts of war; technical malfunctions including system failures, network disruptions, or cyberattacks; labor disruptions such as strikes or industrial disputes; government-imposed restrictions or regulatory actions; and any other unforeseen events that impede the normal course of operations.
In the event of such disruptions, Zanskar Securities reserves the right to suspend or limit its services temporarily without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Zanskar Securities, along with its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses incurred by the Client arising from the use of or inability to access the platform. This limitation applies to all liabilities, whether contractual, statutory, or arising under tort, and includes any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Zanskar Securities and its affiliates against any third-party claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from:
- The Client’s use or misuse of the platform.
- Any misrepresentation, inaccuracy, or error in the data or information provided by the Client.
- The Client’s breach of applicable laws, these Terms of Use, or the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.
Zanskar Securities expressly disclaims any responsibility for losses, including but not limited to special or consequential damages, that may result from the Client’s reliance on the platform or its content. These exclusions and limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law and serve to protect the integrity of Zanskar Securities’ operations.
This provision underscores the Client’s responsibility to use the platform prudently and in compliance with all applicable rules, ensuring that Zanskar Securities is not held liable for actions or decisions beyond its control.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and any associated documents or policies shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or related to these Terms, the platform, or its services shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Bangalore. The application of conflict of law principles is expressly excluded to ensure clarity and uniformity in interpretation.
Regulatory Advisory
Investments in the securities market, including mutual funds and other financial instruments, involve inherent market risks. Zanskar Securities strongly advises clients to thoroughly review all relevant documents, including but not limited to prospectuses, scheme information documents, key information memoranda, and other disclosures provided by Asset Management Companies or issuers before proceeding with any investments.
Reporting Violations or Concerns
Zanskar Securities Private Limited is committed to maintaining a secure and transparent environment. Clients are encouraged to report any violations of these Terms, inappropriate activities, or objectionable content observed on the platform. Reports can be directed to our designated email address at [email protected] . Prompt reporting aids in ensuring the integrity of our services and compliance with applicable laws.
10. Platform Use and Responsibility of Content
The Client assumes full responsibility for all content they upload, post, share, or transmit on the platform operated by Zanskar Securities. This includes ensuring that such content complies with all applicable laws and these Terms of Use. The Client must guarantee the content’s appropriateness, legality, and ownership rights and ensure it does not violate any third-party rights.
The Client is expressly prohibited from uploading, sharing, or disseminating any content that:
a. They do not own or lack the legal right to use.
b. Contains obscene, defamatory, or invasive material, including any content harmful to minors.
c. Promotes hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or any material offensive on racial, ethnic, or gender grounds.
d. Encourages or supports illegal activities such as gambling, money laundering, or online games that cause harm.
e. Relates to unverified or impermissible online games.
f. Instigates violence or promotes enmity between different communities or groups.
g. Violates intellectual property rights, data protection laws, or any other legal provisions.
h. Intentionally misleads recipients regarding the origin of messages or disseminates misinformation.
i. Has been flagged as false or misleading by a fact-check authority concerning governmental matters.
j. Promotes or advertises unauthorized online games or intermediaries offering them.
k. Impersonates any individual or entity without authorization.
l. Threatens national integrity, security, or public order, or incites criminal offenses.
m. Contains malicious software, viruses, or other harmful digital components.
n. Is false, defamatory, or intended to harass or cause harm for financial or personal gain.
o. Violates any applicable legal or regulatory provision.
Monitoring and Removal of Content
While Zanskar Securities is not obligated to monitor content posted by Clients, the Company retains the right to review and remove any content at its discretion if it determines that such content violates these Terms or applicable laws. The removal of content does not impose liability on Zanskar Securities as an intermediary, nor does it alter its role under the applicable legal framework.
Upon removal of any content, Zanskar Securities will take reasonable steps to inform the Client of such action. Should the Client wish to dispute the removal, they may submit their concerns in writing to [email protected] . The Company will address such grievances in accordance with these Terms and applicable legal provisions.
This clause underscores the Client’s responsibility for ensuring that content shared on the platform adheres to all laws and these Terms, while safeguarding the platform’s integrity and compliance with legal requirements.
11. Termination of Account
Zanskar Securities reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to its platform or services, without prior notice, if the Client is found to have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or breached any applicable laws. Such actions may include reporting suspected activities to relevant authorities, in addition to pursuing remedies under law or equity.
The Client may request termination of their account, provided all dues are settled, and the portfolio value is zero. Termination does not absolve the Client of liabilities incurred prior to termination, nor does it guarantee the deletion of personal data, as regulatory or legal obligations may require retention. Upon termination, the Client must immediately cease using the platform and delete any copies of related services within their control.
